The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying an awesome area, short walk to the Wilderness Resort, and wildlife refuge. The room was freshly renovated and large and had private bathroom plus a microwave oven, a dishwasher, coffee and tea making facilities. Appreciated the decor, it was comfortable. Great Christmas holiday! We received two complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect for us, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the indoor water park, which had a variety of slides and pools to choose from.
Our room was not up to our expectations. The carpet was stained and the furniture was outdated.
